1. What AdminFlow does
AdminFlow is a small business admin dashboard used to track deadlines, renewals, inspections, licences, training expiry dates, and incoming business requests.

We collect account information such as your name, email address, organisation name, workspace membership, deadlines, request form submissions, internal notes, and related admin data you choose to enter into the service.
3. How we use information
We use your information to provide the AdminFlow service, authenticate users, manage workspaces, display deadlines and requests, and support core account functionality such as password resets.
4. Public request forms
If a public request form is enabled, people with the form link can submit request details. These submissions are visible to authorised users within the relevant workspace.
5. Data access
Workspace data is intended to be accessible only to authorised members of that workspace. Users should only invite people they trust to access their organisation's admin data.
6. Data deletion
You may request deletion of your account or organisation data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, billing, or operational reasons.
7. Third-party services
AdminFlow uses third-party infrastructure providers to host the application, manage authentication, store data, and operate the service. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service.
